Every time you get up from the computer, do a set of 10 reps.
That’s it. Your exercise of choice. Squats, crunches, or pushups are my favorites. Squats are definitely my #1 because they work my legs, my #1 source of pain from having a computer habit. Once it becomes routine, you’ll start to feel the burn. Before you know it, you’ll be stronger than you were before, by incorporating micro workouts into your daily routine.

NO EXCEPTIONS! This workout will take full commitment, but it will also give you high rewards. If you have been getting up alot, and your legs feel like Cayenne pepper flavoured jelly, the trick is to switch it up. Do arm, back, or stomach exercises for this set. The exercise doesn’t matter, but what does matter is getting blood flowing and building strength so future computer sessions don’t become a painful ritual.
